I liked particularly the warm welcome I received from the staff.I Felt very comfortable despite an unexpected sickness I experienced, I managed easily to change my stay in the hotel from using its facilities to see historical sites, to take advantage of the amazing view from my room and quite atmosphere to work on my research. So all in all I give a thumb up to the efforts made from all the staff. Salwa

They are a great crowd at this little hotel .very friendly very helpful and cannot do enough to help you .I stayed there two nights and then went to another hotel which was booked previous to the arab tower and did not like that hotel so I wenmt back to the arab tower for a further five nights and loved it so much I did not want to leave ....so keep up the good work boys and hope to see you soon . They also have a great driver called fadi a good driver and very pleasent indeed .
Ok. So there was some mould on the bathroom tiles. Ok and the room floor had not seen a wash since the day that the hotel was built.OK There is only powdered milk for your coffee ok its the same thing for breakfast every day . but what do you want for 18euros a night . its not movenpick but it is the best little place you can find downtown and for the price no complaints at all and hope to see you all again in the near future

Consider asking the staff for local dining recommendations. Their tips really elevated our culinary experience.

missingWrote a review on 19 Novbathroom disasterno snacks
The location is ideal, but honestly, the bathroom is a disaster-such a tiny, flood-prone shower. I was also shocked there were no complimentary snacks, considering my status. I almost thought about writing a good review, but nothing could convince me with all the glaring issues! Never going back.

The hotel was in the best locality. Downtown, Shops/markets/restaurants all walking distance. The best part was the mosque being so close by, woke up for my prayers every morning to the call to prayer. Taxis were frequent outside the hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to be accomodating. This made it the best holiday experience of Jordan.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Arranged our excursions without any problems. When we nedded to call back home, the reception always connected us. Breakfast was basic, toast, tea, boiled eggs etc, which was good enough for me.

The hotel staff was excellent; and the facilities, while older and worn, were reasonably clean. The bed was comfortable, and of most importance, there were no bugs or filth about, This is not the glitzy lux hotel; but it is a reasonable and comfortable budget hotel. It is recommended for all looking to transit Amman without any fuss; and the rustic no-frills approach is certainly well done.
The facilities are older. For instance, there is no dedicated shower per se - the whole bathroom is the shower with a drain on the floor.

Loved the views from the rooftop breakfast-so fine! The staff was helpful, especially Tamim with his great local tips. Only downside was the bathroom door didn't close well, but it didn't take away from our stay at all.

We stayed at Arab Tower Hotel for 2 nights, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is basic but clean and in a central location. Breakfast was good, toast, jam, boiled egg etc, basic but definitely sufficient. Our bed was firm and very comfortable we had 2 very good nights sleep. The shower and toilet were together with no curtain/door to separate the two so the toilet bowl gets wet when you're having a shower. It is a small area, but no problem if it's just one of you! The only problem we faced were with the rental car people (you book through the hotel). A word of warning, if you're renting a car, it gets delivered to you with fuel at 0 level, apparently this is common practice in Jordan, why I have no idea. So you need to know where to go to get fuel so you don't end up stranded. We expressed our dissatisfaction when the car was delivered with fuel at 0, we insisted that the guy filled the car up and come back, he said yes, we went and got our bags from our room, and when walking past reception, the guy at the reception said the car rental guys left the car keys with him. The sneaky men left without fuelling the car up. We were hugely unimpressed that they ran off like little girls. We expressed our dissatisfaction to hotel staff who on our behalf complaint to the rental car company. We didn't have any meals at the hotel so cannot comment. Try the chicken place across the road, they make good roasted chicken and the tastiest fries! All in all, fantastic value, and we will definitely be staying here again if we're in Amman.
